Pili Pala

The children showed such high levels of engagement today as they worked on one of their friends’ ideas for an independent challenge. They were acting just like our “learning friends” Ambitious Anwen and Capable Caio. They had to problem solve and persevere to get their dinosaur to stand up, showed that they enjoyed a challenge and took responsibility for their own learning by following their friends’ instructions. The children in Dosbarth Pili Pala have been learning all about The Netherlands as part of Culture Week at Ysgol Borthyn. The children worked together as a team to create their own mini Amsterdam small world, including bikes, bridges and waterways.

The children in Dosbarth Pili Pala have been busy creating their own Little Red Hens. They explored colour mixing to create their own unique shade of red to use for their hen. We love how unique they all are to each child.
